On the 26th, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do announced that it will accept applications for the '2025 Apartment Management Cost Support Project' until the 30th.

This project aims to support apartment residents in enjoying a pleasant living environment by providing funds necessary for the maintenance and management of common facilities.

The support target is apartments that have passed 5 years since receiving use approval or use inspection. Various common facility improvement projects are included, such as roads, security lights, sewage systems, children's playgrounds, senior citizen centers, building waterproofing, and painting.

Subsidies are provided differentially according to the size of the apartment within a maximum limit of 120 million KRW. For mandatory management complexes, 50% of the total project cost is supported. A mandatory management complex refers to an apartment complex with 300 or more households, or 150 or more households with installed elevators. For non-mandatory management complexes with 20 or more households, up to 70% of the project cost is supported.
