On the 31st, lottery operator Donghaeng Lottery announced that the payment deadline for unclaimed winnings from Lotto 6/45 draw number 1085, which was drawn on September 16 last year, is less than a month away.

The unclaimed first prize winnings for Lotto draw number 1085 amount to 1,073,274,473 KRW. The winning numbers are 4, 7, 17, 18, 38, and 44, and the ticket was purchased at a lottery retailer located in Sasang-gu, Busan. The payment deadline is until September 19.

Lotto winnings must be claimed within one year from the start of payment, and winnings that expire cannot be claimed and will revert to the Lottery Fund. The funds reverted to the Lottery Fund are used to support various public interest projects such as welfare for low-income vulnerable groups, housing stability, scholarship programs, and cultural and artistic promotion funds.

Kim Jeong-eun, head of the Donghaeng Lottery Soundness Headquarters, said, "People often buy lottery tickets for a week of small excitement but forget about it due to their busy daily lives," and added, "Please keep your lottery tickets in a visible place and check again even for tickets after the draw date."
