Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) is recruiting 8 participating companies for the 'XR·Metaverse Commercialization Support Project' until the 7th of next month.
This project is part of the 'Incheon Metaverse Support Center Operation Project,' promoted with the support of Incheon City and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, aiming to strengthen competitiveness and increase sales by supporting the commercialization of companies possessing XR·Metaverse content.
The support includes consulting services through specialized companies, customized commercialization support such as marketing and translation/interpretation, and support for attending overseas metaverse exhibitions. Among these, the customized commercialization support allows companies to select necessary services within a budget of up to 10 million KRW per company.
A total of 8 companies will be recruited, and applications can be submitted through the Incheon Metaverse Support Center website by 4 p.m. on the 7th of next month.
An official from Incheon TP stated, "We will strive to help Incheon XR·Metaverse companies facing difficulties in commercialization due to financial reasons to grow through domestic and international market entry."
Meanwhile, since 2020, the Incheon Metaverse Support Center has discovered a total of 33 XR·Metaverse content commercialization projects. Last year, 8 companies were selected and supported with 5 patent and trademark applications, 7 exhibition participations, and 60 online and offline promotions.
