On the 28th, around 9 PM, the TMON homepage displayed the message "Cannot connect to the site," and the connection has remained unavailable. This situation appears to have persisted since around 8:20 PM.
Currently, the TMON mobile application is functioning normally for general features; however, when clicking on the banner that guides users to solutions for refund delays, it does not navigate to the related page and only shows a white screen, indicating an inaccessible state.
