The three major indices of the U.S. New York stock market all closed higher on the 15th (local time).
On that day at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.53% from the previous trading day, closing at an all-time high. The S&P 500 index, centered on large-cap stocks, increased by 0.28%, and the tech-focused Nasdaq index closed up 0.4%.
