Hwaseong-si to Recruit Operator for 'Silver Dream Center' Until the 29th

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting an operator for the 'Hwaseong City Silver Dream Center' until the 29th of this month.

The Silver Dream Center, currently under construction in Hagil-ri, Hyangnam-eup, is being built with a total floor area of 5,400㎡ across one basement floor and three above-ground floors, and is scheduled for completion in January 2026. It will include a nursing facility for the elderly with a capacity of 100 people and a day care center for 50 people. The planned opening date is April 2026.

The selected operator will be responsible for managing and operating the Silver Dream Center and the day care center for five years from the date of completion. Eligible candidates are social welfare corporations or non-profit organizations.

Interested organizations can download the application form from the announcement section on the Hwaseong City website, complete it, and submit it in person to the Public Medical Welfare Team of the Middle-aged and Elderly Welfare Division at City Hall. The city plans to hold a selection committee meeting for the operator in August and sign a consignment agreement thereafter.

Shin Hyun-joo, Director of the Welfare Bureau of Hwaseong City, stated, "We will select the corporation through a fair and transparent review process to professionally and efficiently manage the center."
