On the morning of the 12th, the Anti-Corruption Investigation Division 2 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Choi Jae-hoon) conducted a search and seizure of the residences of former Presidential Chief of Staff Noh Young-min and former Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Hyun-mi, as well as the offices of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. They are investigating allegations that these former officials, through Ministry employees, exerted influence over private companies to employ political acquaintances in executive-level full-time advisory positions, thereby obstructing business operations.
