Hyundai Construction's 'Hillstate' brand apartments are drawing attention as they prepare for sale in Doan New Town, known as the Gangnam of Daejeon. As a large complex developed on the largest scale in the Chungcheong region, and with differentiated product designs reflecting its brand value, it is expected to become a landmark complex leading the Daejeon market.
Hillstate holds numerous awards, including No.1 Best Apartment Brand in 2023 by Real Estate R114, No.1 in the Apartment Complex category and Smart Home Service category in the 2023 Premium Brand Index by the Korea Standard Association, and No.1 in the Apartment Complex category in the 2023 Korea Brand Star. In particular, in the apartment brand reputation survey announced by the Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Hillstate has maintained the No.1 apartment brand reputation index for 63 consecutive months from April 2019 to June 2024, solidifying its value as a leading brand in the industry.
In fact, complexes constructed by Hyundai Construction often become the top local complexes through word of mouth about their premium products. According to KB Real Estate price data, the sale price of the 84㎡ exclusive area of 'Hillstate River Park' in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, the leading complex in the area, was 690 million KRW as of July this year, up 185 million KRW from 505 million KRW right after moving in February 2019. The complex is a high-rise with up to 42 floors, offering views of the Yeongsan River, and features rare community facilities such as an indoor golf practice range and a guest house.
The same applies to 'Hillstate Doan River Park' in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. The complex is the largest in the Chungcheong region with a total of 5,329 households, of which Phase 1 (Block 5, 1,124 households) and Phase 2 (Block 4, 1,437 households), totaling 2,561 households (2,113 for general sale), will be supplied in the first phase in July. This is about 2,000 households more than previously developed largest complexes in the Chungcheong region.
Due to its overwhelming scale, the product is also exceptional. Notably, differentiated community facilities rarely seen in the area attract attention. Both Phase 1 and 2 include a golf practice range, fitness center, reading room, H i-Sup, H With Pet, laundry room, and guest house.
In particular, Phase 1 will feature a swimming pool, while Phase 2 will have a private cinema and specialized sauna. With rare facilities such as a swimming pool, guest house, and private cinema, residents are expected to enjoy various cultural and leisure activities within the complex. The building lines, consisting of 25 floors or more, will have at least two elevators including an evacuation elevator to enhance residents' convenience.
Considerable effort has also been put into the interior of the units. All housing types will have ample storage spaces such as entrance pantries and master bedroom dressing rooms. The 84㎡A type features a 4Bay plate-type structure allowing cross ventilation and applies a hotel-style dry bathroom for comfort and luxury. Additionally, ample storage spaces including entrance pantry, kitchen pantry, and master bedroom dressing room are provided. Options are offered to customize the dining room according to residents' preferences, and bedrooms 2 and 3 can be combined into a room-in-room, expanding the range of choices.
The excellent location is another advantage. Gyochon-dong, where the Daejeon National Industrial Complex (planned) will be developed, is located within a 2km radius. This area is expected to attract nano-semiconductor industries, aerospace, and urban air mobility (UAM)-related industries, positioning the complex as a representative brand large-scale apartment with excellent proximity to workplaces in the future.
It is also a good environment for raising children. The complex includes a daycare center, and elementary and middle school sites are planned within walking distance. Nearby schools such as Doan High School, Daejeon Physical Education High School, Yuseong Life Science High School, and Daejeon Arts High School provide an excellent educational environment. Additionally, large shopping and cultural facilities such as Homeplus Mega Food Market Yuseong Branch, Lotte Mart Seodaejeon Branch, CGV Daejeon Gasuwon Branch, and Megabox Daejeon Yuseong Branch are close by.
Meanwhile, Hillstate Doan River Park, located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consists of a total of 5 complexes, 51 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, and 5,329 households. Phase 1 will supply 2,561 households including Phase 1 (1,124 households) and Phase 2 (1,437 households). Of these, excluding rental units, 2,113 households (891 in Phase 1 and 1,222 in Phase 2) will be offered for general sale in July. The model house is scheduled to open near Mokwon University in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
