Busan Jugong was notified on the 21st by the Korea Exchange's KOSPI Market Headquarters of a preliminary designation as an unfaithful disclosure company due to failure to disclose the decision to dispose of tangible assets and failure to disclose corrections (withdrawals) related to the decision to dispose of tangible assets.
