Kumho Construction incorporated the value of the Army Officer Academy’s goal of nurturing officers with ‘Ji (Wisdom), In (Benevolence), and Yong (Courage)’ into four design concepts. These include an eco-friendly layout that breathes with nature, an efficient floor plan reflecting user needs, a distinctive facade design embodying the spirit of the academy, and the realization of a sustainable eco-friendly building.

In addition, Kumho Construction is currently carrying out multiple BTL projects such as the Army 3rd Officer Academy education facility, Green Smart Future School, and dormitories at Chonnam National University. There are also more than 30 completed and operational projects, including the Army Air Defense School education facility and dormitories at Gunsan University.

A Kumho Construction official stated, "We have continuously accumulated project know-how through numerous BTL projects,” and added, “We will lead the BTL project sector with differentiated construction capabilities and technical skills.”
