Daesan F&B announced on the 13th that allegations of breach of duty amounting to 42.91 million KRW have arisen against former CEO Kim Mo.
The amount involved in the embezzlement and breach of duty charges represents 0.13% of the company's equity capital.
The company stated, "We will take the necessary measures in accordance with proper procedures regarding all aspects related to this matter."
