On the 11th, Sewon ENC was notified by the Korea Exchange's KOSPI Market Division that it is preliminarily designated as an unfaithful disclosure corporation due to delayed disclosure of lawsuits and other judgments and decisions.
Sewon ENC can file an objection to the designation as an unfaithful disclosure corporation by the 20th.
