Lotte Construction to Launch 'Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City' for Sale in July

Lotte Construction announced on the 10th that it will launch sales of 'Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Naribek City' next month in Naribek City, Geum-o-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.

Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Naribek City, constructed by Lotte Construction, will be built in the Geum-o-dong area of Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province (Naribek City Apartment New Construction Project Site) with 4 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, totaling 671 households.

The number of units by area is ▲84㎡ exclusive use 430 units ▲102㎡ 144 units ▲115㎡ 56 units ▲148㎡ 35 units ▲155㎡ 6 units, mainly composed of medium to large-sized units.

It is within walking distance of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Northern Office and Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit, and benefits from major development projects such as the administrative town formation and the planned GTX-C line.

Naribek City is being developed on a former U.S. military return site and will be transformed into a complex complex that includes residential areas, the Future Planet future job theme park, office and retail facilities, and parks.
