Doosan Construction Launches Audio Ads Featuring Pro Player Yuhyunju at Gangnam and Pangyo Stations on Shinbundang Line

Doosan Construction announced that starting from the 7th, a voice advertisement featuring professional golfer Yu Hyun-joo, a player of the We've golf team, will be played inside trains on the Shinbundang Line. The voice advertisement contains information about the construction and operation of the Shinbundang Line by the Doosan Construction consortium. It can be heard at two stations: Gangnam Station and Pangyo Station on the Shinbundang Line.

The Shinbundang Line is Korea's first privately proposed railway project and an unmanned medium-capacity metro, initially proposed by Doosan Construction in 2002. The Doosan Construction consortium carried out the entire project process from route planning, design, investment, to construction. After completion, its subsidiary Neotrans operates the line.

Doosan Construction is utilizing the Shinbundang Line as a new promotional channel. In April, it promoted the sale of 'Doosan We've the Zenith Central Yongin' located in Cheoin-gu, Yongin City, Gyeonggi Province, and the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) domestic season opener 'Doosan Construction We've Championship' through advertisements inside train cars.

This voice advertisement promotes 'Have (a space you definitely want to have),' one of Doosan Construction's five key themes. Professional golfer Yu Hyun-joo said, "Subway announcements require speaking more accurately and clearly, which was more difficult than I thought, but I was quite satisfied when I checked the final version." She added, "I hope it can be of some encouragement to the residents of Gyeonggi Province and Seoul citizens who commute using the Shinbundang Line."

Doosan Construction expressed hope that this opportunity will widely publicize the company's technological capabilities. A Doosan Construction official said, "Many passengers are surprised when they learn that Doosan Construction is involved from the proposal to the operation of the Shinbundang Line," adding, "Doosan Construction participates in numerous civil engineering projects to improve transportation infrastructure. We will continue to do our best to provide comfortable and safe transportation infrastructure for the public."
