Hyundai Motor Company's high-performance N brand has successfully completed the 'N?rburgring 24 Hours Endurance Race' for the ninth consecutive year, a race known for its grueling course.
Hyundai announced on the 3rd that all four vehicles entered in the '2024 N?rburgring 24 Hours Endurance Race,' held from the 1st to the 2nd (local time) at the N?rburgring in Germany, successfully finished the race.
In this competition, Hyundai entered three Elantra N TCR cars in the TCR class and one i30 Fastback N Cup car in the VT2 class. Among them, the Elantra N TCR secured 1st to 3rd place in the TCR class, while the i30 Fastback N Cup took 2nd place in the VT2 class.
A Hyundai official emphasized the significance by stating, "Since 2016, we have set a record of completing the N?rburgring race for nine consecutive years, impressing motorsports fans worldwide with the technological prowess of the N brand."

Meanwhile, the race drew attention for the performances of teams from various regions sponsored by Hyundai. The American team, consisting of drivers from Brian Herta Autosport who compete in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Series with the Elantra N TCR, and the Chinese team, composed of drivers from the TCR China Hyundai N team, both participated in the N?rburgring race.
Til Vattenberg, Executive Director of Hyundai Motor Company's N Brand & Motorsports Division, said, "We are pleased that the Elantra N TCR has won the N?rburgring race TCR class for four consecutive years," adding, "We will continue to strive to deliver cars that provide driving enjoyment to customers through the accumulation of high-performance N brand technology and motorsports activities in various regions overseas."
