Exchange Holds Local Company Briefing Session for Value-Up and Disclosure Support

The Korea Exchange announced on the 28th that it held an on-site briefing session for KOSDAQ-listed companies to support corporate value enhancement and disclosure.

This briefing session held in Busan was the first regional company briefing among six regions nationwide, including Gyeonggi and Chungcheong, attended by disclosure officers and personnel responsible for KOSDAQ-listed companies in the Busan and Gyeongnam areas.

An exchange official stated, "About 1,000 participants have registered for the on-site briefing sessions continuing until the 28th of next month, showing great curiosity and interest from listed companies," adding, "We hope many companies will voluntarily participate in the value-up program, and we will spare no effort in providing support such as consulting and English translation services for small and medium-sized listed companies."
