Recently established as a double living zone between Anseong and Pyeongtaek, ‘Harrington Place Jinsa’ is attracting attention from both end-users and investors. With mammoth-scale transportation developments centered around the project site, it is expected that convenient infrastructure will be established and future value will increase.
Hyosung Heavy Industries is currently selling the last batch of units at ‘Harrington Place Jinsa’ near Pyeongtaek University. The complex consists of 12 buildings across 2 blocks, with 992 units ranging from 74㎡ to 100㎡ in exclusive area.
Currently, the Anseong area is undergoing improvements in the metropolitan transportation network, including the Pyeongtaek Eastern Expressway (scheduled for 2024), the Seoul?Sejong Expressway (Guri?Anseong section), and the Pyeongtaek?Bubal Line (preliminary feasibility study underway).
The Pyeongtaek Eastern Expressway is a 4 to 6-lane, four-lane divided highway connecting Jukbaek-dong in Pyeongtaek City to Galkot-dong in Osan City, scheduled to open in the second half of this year. After opening, travel time from Pyeongtaek to Osan, Yongin, and Seoul Heonneung Interchange is expected to be reduced by more than 30 minutes, and traffic conditions on the congested Gyeongbu Expressway section between Anseong and Seoul are also expected to improve significantly.
The Seoul?Sejong Expressway section connecting Anseong to Guri is also progressing rapidly. Recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s vice minister conducted an on-site inspection to ensure thorough preparation, and once opened by the end of this year, traffic volume on the existing Gyeongbu Expressway and Jungbu Expressway is expected to decrease by approximately 10?15%.
The Pyeongtaek?Bubal Line, currently undergoing a preliminary feasibility study, is also a highly anticipated route. It connects Pyeongtaek Station in Gyeonggi Province to Bubal in Icheon, where the ‘Gyeonggang Line’ extending to Gangneung is being constructed. Once completed, travel time from Pyeongtaek to Gangneung will be drastically reduced from about 2 hours 40 minutes to approximately 1 hour 20 minutes, cutting the time in half.
Additionally, in front of the complex runs Seodong-daero (National Route 38), connecting Anseong and Pyeongtaek, and the Gyeongbu Expressway Anseong IC and metropolitan bus stops are easily accessible.
An industry insider stated, “The government recently announced plans to build a semiconductor highway along the Hwaseong?Yongin?Anseong section as part of the national industrial complex for semiconductor clusters,” adding, “The Anseong area in Gyeonggi Province is expected to become a key transportation hub in the southern metropolitan area in the future.”
‘Harrington Place Jinsa’ is equipped with excellent educational and living infrastructure. Yangjin Elementary School (designated as an English-specialized school), Yangjin Middle School, and the Yongjuk district academy area are within walking distance, and Pyeongtaek University and ‘Starfield Anseong,’ the largest complex shopping mall in southern Gyeonggi, are also nearby.
Within the Jinsa district where the apartment is located, a park of approximately 5,700㎡ is planned, and residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment with nearby Sosaji district cultural park and historical heritage park.
Attractive benefits for contract holders also draw attention. To minimize the burden on buyers in this high-interest-rate era, the first deposit is 5%, and the second deposit of 5% is supported by interest-free credit loans, with all interim payments applying zero interest. When expanding the balcony, various options such as kitchen wall and countertop ceramic tiles, microwave oven, square sink, living room and kitchen lighting (tray ceiling, dimming, mood lighting), and corridor and living room sheet panel finishes are provided free of charge.
A sales representative said, “Inquiries to secure the last batch of units continue due to the reasonable price in the 400 million KRW range, various free options, two buses provided for residents, and huge transportation benefits,” adding, “Once the deposit is fully paid, immediate resale of the sales rights is possible, and after moving in, a branded town of over 6,400 units will be formed in the Pyeongtaek and Anseong areas.”
The ‘Harrington Place Jinsa’ model house is located near Pyeongtaek University in Sosadong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province.
