Yojin Construction Wins 52 Billion KRW Contract for 'Icheon Baeksa Logistics Center New Construction'

Yojin Construction Industry announced on the 7th that it has won the contract for the construction of the Icheon Baeksa Logistics Center.

This project involves building a logistics center with a total floor area of 41,866㎡ on a site in Joeup-ri, Baeksa-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 2 basement floors and 4 above-ground floors.

The construction cost is approximately 52 billion KRW, and the construction period is 20 months from the start date.

The client is Inmark Equalbase Icheon Baeksa PFV.

This project is Yojin Construction's first collaboration with Equalbase, an Asia-Pacific logistics specialized investment and development company.

Yojin Construction plans to actively build partnerships with overseas investors using its technology and expertise.
