Kumho Construction unveiled its new residential brand, ‘ARTERA,’ on the 7th.
ARTERA is a combination of the words ‘ART,’ ‘TERRA,’ and ‘ERA.’ It signifies treating a home not just as a living space but as art. The new brand ARTERA will be used as an integrated brand regardless of whether it is an apartment or a residential-commercial complex. Previously, brands such as ‘Eoullim (apartments)’ and ‘Richensia (residential-commercial complexes)’ were used. This brand revamp is the first in over 20 years.
Jo Wan-seok, President of Kumho Construction, stated, "Beautiful harmony, leisure that fills relationships, and confidence in tomorrow are the messages Kumho Construction wants to convey to customers through the new brand," adding, "We will present a dignified living space that resonates with customers’ lives by embodying the values of harmony, leisure, and confidence."
The new symbol mark, representing the first letter ‘A’ of ARTERA and resembling a house, embodies Kumho Construction’s commitment to creating an advanced residential culture by combining art and technology.
The new brand will be first applied to ‘Goyang Janghang ARTERA’ and ‘Cheongju Technopolis ARTERA,’ which are scheduled for sale in June. It will then be fully applied to upcoming complexes such as ‘Chuncheon Mancheon-ri 2nd Phase.’
Meanwhile, Kumho Construction has supplied approximately 137,000 households nationwide (131,000 apartments and 6,000 residential-commercial complexes) through projects ranging from the early Kumho Town and Kumho Bestville to Eoullim and Richensia.
