HanmiGlobal announced on the 7th that it will publicly recruit new employees for the first half of 2024 to secure next-generation talent and strategically expand its business.

The recruitment areas are construction project management (PM) positions in the fields of architecture, mechanical, and electrical engineering. The qualifications require a bachelor's degree or higher, including those expected to graduate by August 2024, and candidates must be able to join by July this year. Applicants with less than three years of relevant work experience are also eligible. Preference is given to majors in architecture, mechanical/equipment, and electrical fields, holders of related professional engineer certifications, those with excellent language skills, and those proficient in a second foreign language.


Applicants wishing to apply can submit their applications online through the HanmiGlobal recruitment website by midnight on the 21st. HanmiGlobal will select successful candidates through document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency tests, practical presentation interviews, executive interviews, and a pre-employment health check.


New employees will have the opportunity to participate in overseas construction site training for six months. They will be dispatched to overseas subsidiaries or site projects in countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Poland, and Saudi Arabia, experiencing various training programs alongside practical training.
