In the revealed photos, the employee, wearing a uniform, posted pictures of children playing together, accompanied by profanity and phrases such as "Is this really low birthrate?" and "I curse you." Another post read, "Let's see 110 reservations. Hope you get into a traffic accident on the way." It appears these posts were made out of frustration as the number of customers increased, adding to the employee’s workload.
Mr. A said, "I am so angry that I don’t know what to do," and added, "The employee posted the photos without mosaicking the children’s faces, so I applied mosaics to the photos I am sharing."
Mr. A’s post quickly spread not only in the local community but also on SNS. Netizens strongly condemned the employee’s harsh language. The exposure of the children’s faces without any protection was also pointed out as a serious issue. Due to concerns about the children’s personal information spreading further, Mr. A has since deleted the post.
Meanwhile, it is reported that the kids cafe where the employee works received a flood of protest calls. The cafe owner told the Chosun Ilbo on the 4th, "This happened while I was away, and as the owner, I take full responsibility."
He added, "I have been continuously apologizing to those who called to complain," and "I sincerely want to meet each parent individually to apologize."
