Juseong Engineering announced on the 2nd that it has decided to carry out a simple physical division by splitting its display and solar equipment research and development, manufacturing, and sales business division to establish a new company tentatively named 'Juseong SD.' The division date is set for November 1, and after the division, the existing company will remain a listed corporation, while the newly established company will be a non-listed corporation.
The company stated the purpose of the division as follows: "The surviving company will focus on the investment and management business division aimed at managing subsidiaries and investee companies and making new investments, while the newly established company will concentrate on the divided business division. This will establish an independent and responsible management system that fits the characteristics of each business and pursue the diversification of management risks."
