On the afternoon of the 30th, the K-Beauty Department and Beauty Health Department of Gyeongnam Information University held the ‘K-Beauty Department & Beauty Health Department Skin Love Scholarship Award Ceremony and Industry CEO Special Lecture’ at the Yaksongmyeongga Hall on campus.
Gyeongnam Jeongbo University’s K-Beauty Department and Beauty Health Department held the "Skin Love Scholarship Award Ceremony and Industry CEO Special Lecture."
원본보기 아이콘At the event, a total of 24 million KRW in scholarships was awarded by well-known domestic beauty brands including Yaksongmyeongga, Seomyeon S-Line Gyarumbichek, Min-ga, Lee Eunhee Esthetic, and Holika Holika Busan Gwangbok Branch.
Chairman Lee Byung-cheol of Yaksongmyeongga attended and gave a special lecture on ‘The Vision of the Skin Beauty Industry.’ Yaksongmyeongga has been donating 10 million KRW annually to the university since 2011.
Kim Eun-mi, CEO of Seomyeon S-Line Gyarumbichek and an alumna of Gyeongnam Information University’s K-Beauty Department, donated 7 million KRW in scholarships this year, bringing her total donations to 28 million KRW over seven years, and gave a special lecture titled ‘Growing as a Beauty Entrepreneur.’
Kim Sung-mi, Vice President of the premium esthetic brand Min-ga, donated 5 million KRW in scholarships and delivered a lecture on ‘The Success Story of Min-ga.’
President Kim Tae-sang said, “I am grateful that companies representing the domestic beauty industry have formed ties with Gyeongnam Information University and have provided not only scholarships but also special lectures. I hope this has served as motivation for students pursuing their dreams.”
