A total of 39 private channels participated as executing agencies, including major open markets such as Coupang and Naver, comprehensive malls like SSG and AK Mall, and platforms such as Today’s House and Zigzag.
The Small Business Online Shopping Mall Sales Support Project is a program where executing agencies create exclusive promotional events for small business products on their online shopping malls and help increase promotion and sales using coupons, live commerce, and other methods. Along with the operational direction of the support project, measures to enhance small business owner satisfaction were also discussed. The Small and Medium Business Distribution Center is currently recruiting small business owners who wish to participate in this project.
Additionally, they shared current issues in the domestic online market, which is facing a crisis due to recent incursions by Chinese e-commerce. Through public-private cooperation, they committed to establishing win-win measures between domestic online shopping malls and small business owners to overcome the crisis in the domestic online market and to develop sales channels for small business owners.
Lee Tae-sik, CEO of the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, said, "We will strive to implement win-win measures between small business owners and online shopping malls."
