LX Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation Appoints Kim Jin-young and Noh Hee-seop as Non-Executive Directors

LX Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation announced on the 29th that it has newly appointed non-executive directors Kim Jin-young and Noh Hee-seop.

The appointments were approved by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, and the term lasts until April 28, 2026.

Non-executive director Kim Jin-young, currently serving as a director of the Hanam Education Foundation, previously worked as the chief secretary at Hanam City Hall. Non-executive director Noh Hee-seop is currently the CEO of Nexton Company and formerly served as the Director of the Future Strategy Bureau of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
