According to the Donga Membership Trading Center on the 27th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 257.98 million KRW. This is a 0.02% increase compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment showed no change. The high price segment rose by 0.02%, while the low price segment fell by 0.02%. Only the mid-price segment increased by 0.09%. The Donga Membership Trading Center stated, "The golf membership market is maintaining a stable trend with differentiation by category. Amid adverse factors such as the economic situation and the Middle East war crisis, aggressive buyers are turning cautious." They added, "In areas with a shortage of listings, prices are rising, but in some places, prices have started to decline due to listings appearing after high-price transactions."


The average price in the central region is 292.44 million KRW, down 0.01% from last week. Listings have appeared in Nam Seoul and Jayu, causing prices to fall by 0.67% and 0.71%, respectively. On the other hand, New Korea rose by 0.52%, Seoul by 0.49%, and Songchu by 0.69%. Team leader Moon Jong-seong predicted, "Unless there are special issues, the central region membership market is likely to maintain a stable trend for the time being."


The average price in the southern region is 168.76 million KRW, up 0.12% compared to last week. Low-priced memberships continue to maintain a stable trend without price changes. Dongbusan rose by 1.69%. Although high-priced listings have appeared in Asia, there is a tense standoff between sellers and buyers with no transactions. Goseong Nobel increased by 0.87% due to active buying. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee forecasted, "The southern region membership market will continue a stable trend amid differentiated market conditions."
