The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il), the implementing agency of the Ministry of Education's 'High School Graduate Employment Activation Support Project,' signed an MOU with Barmi Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu (CEO Kim Seong-gon) on the 25th at Inter-Burgo Daegu Hotel to promote employment for high school graduates.
After being selected as the implementing agency for the Ministry of Education's 2023 Central Employment Support Center Operation Support Project, the Korea Student Aid Foundation has been carrying out support tasks to activate employment for high school graduates by discovering new jobs that reflect the aptitude and capabilities of vocational high school students.

원본보기 아이콘This business agreement was signed to establish a cooperative system between institutions to activate employment for vocational high school students and to fulfill social responsibility.
Through this business agreement, both institutions agreed to strengthen cooperation so that vocational high school students can grow into customized talents, be fairly employed according to their abilities, and pioneer their career paths.
The Ministry of Education Central Employment Support Center will contribute to creating an environment for high school graduate recruitment by serving as a central control tower for supporting vocational high school field training and employment of high school graduate youth through cooperation with city and provincial education office employment support centers (18 locations), vocational high schools, and related institutions, as well as discovering good jobs nationwide.
In addition, Barmi Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu plans to make efforts to discover demand for high school graduate recruitment and provide opportunities for vocational high school students to explore and design their careers through field training opportunities, company tours, and experience programs.
Bae Byeong-il, Chairman of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, said, “The Ministry of Education Central Employment Support Center will cooperate with Barmi Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu to provide opportunities for students who wish to pursue careers in hotel, tourism, and culinary fields to realize their dreams and will continuously strive to be a strong support for high school graduate youth.”
Kim Seong-gon, CEO of Barmi Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu, stated, “Together with the Ministry of Education Central Employment Support Center, we will actively support job creation so that vocational high school students can demonstrate their capabilities and create success stories of outstanding high school graduate talents in the hotel, tourism, and culinary fields.”
