The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 26th that, as part of the 'SME Kidari Ajusshi Project,' it conducted a visit to the Viva Republica headquarters with 20 representatives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) established within the last seven years. The SME Kidari Ajusshi Project aims to support the growth of startup companies through exchange and collaboration among SME entrepreneurs.
On the 27th of last month, the first event of the "Small and Medium Business Daddy Project," a mentoring talk concert, was held at the Yeouido Korea Federation of SMEs with about 40 startup company representatives in attendance.

This company visit included a lecture by Lee Seung-geon, CEO of Viva Republica, followed by a tour of the company. CEO Lee gave a lecture on the theme of 'The Perseverance of Entrepreneurs.' He shared his entrepreneurial story, from experiencing failure in startups to succeeding with Toss and becoming a leading figure in the fintech industry. He urged junior entrepreneurs to have a clear reason that allows them to persistently continue their business until success. He also said, "I am glad to share the insights I have gained through my experiences with fellow entrepreneurs walking the path of startups."
During the internal tour, participants visited office spaces and facilities such as a free caf? and convenience store operated for the welfare of employees.
Applications for mentees in the SME Kidari Ajusshi Project are accepted anytime through the Kbiz website. Mentees are given priority opportunities to participate in mentoring talk concerts, visits to senior companies, and more.
