Kyungdong Navien announced on the 26th that it will open an offline experience store, 'Navien House,' in Jeju Island. Opening on the 27th, this store is the third experience store following the joint first stores opened last December in Namyangju and Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.
Located in Ora-dong, Jeju City, Navien House Jeju is a large-scale experience store spanning three above-ground floors and a total of 580 pyeong. Visitors can directly experience about 100 products produced by Kyungdong Navien and Kyungdongwon, including condensing boilers, ventilation purifiers, cooktops, range hoods, sleep mats, wall pads, and insulated fire doors. More than 30 professional consultants are stationed on-site to recommend products tailored to customers' needs and provide installation and maintenance services.
A 'Docent Tour' using Kyungdong Navien products will also be conducted. This method, similar to how museums or art galleries introduce exhibits to visitors, is designed to help customers visiting the Jeju store experience the products more easily and enjoyably.
Kim Yong-beom, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kyungdong Navien, said, “We are expanding Navien House in collaboration with dealerships as an effort to promote Kyungdong Navien products in an easy and fun way while providing customers with a differentiated purchasing experience.” He added, “We will continue to strive to provide products and services that satisfy customers' lives in line with our vision as a partner for a comfortable living environment.”
