KB Kookmin Bank Launches Customized Platform 'Sajangnim+' for Individual Entrepreneurs

KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 23rd that it has launched the specialized platform for individual business owners, ‘Sajangnim+’, to enhance financial convenience and support business activities for small business owners and self-employed individuals struggling with high interest rates and inflation.

‘Sajangnim+’ is a renewed service of the previously offered ‘Business Zone’ on KB Star Banking. Based on survey results and in-depth interviews with numerous individual business owners, KB Kookmin Bank has organized various customized services including ▲Primary Business Account ▲Business Financial Products Hall ▲Policy Fund Customized Recommendations ▲Sajangnim Tips ▲Free Consulting Application.

The service is available to individual business owners and prospective entrepreneurs. Customers can check all their business accounts such as loans and deposits scattered across multiple banks at once on the ‘Primary Business Account’ screen, and can also subscribe to not only bank products but also business-specialized cards and insurance products in the ‘Business Financial Products Hall’.

Additionally, through ‘Policy Fund Customized Recommendations’, customers can check various government support funds and apply for related loans in a one-stop process. The ‘Sajangnim Tip’ service provides expert advice in tax, legal, and labor fields as well as useful information for business operations. On the ‘Free Consulting Application’ screen, customers can apply for free consultations at the KB SOHO Consulting Center remotely.

Moreover, the Sajangnim+ home screen offers summaries of key information for each service along with daily interest rates of KB Kookmin Bank’s representative financial products. In particular, customers can check the lowest interest rates for regional guarantee loans according to their business location.

To commemorate the renewal launch of Sajangnim+, KB Kookmin Bank will hold an event for individual business customers from April 26 to May 24. Customers who participate in the event during this period and complete all event missions such as setting up a primary business account and subscribing to the policy fund customized recommendation service will receive a mobile coupon for a Mega MCG Coffee Iced Americano. Additionally, customers who complete a business loan limit inquiry on Sajangnim+ will receive a mobile coupon worth 5,000 KRW, and a lottery will be held to support business encouragement funds of 500,000 KRW.

Meanwhile, since September 2016, KB Kookmin Bank has been operating the ‘KB SOHO Consulting Center’ to provide free consulting in various fields such as commercial area analysis, funding, taxation, and SNS for small business owners and self-employed individuals. Currently, it operates 13 centers including the Yeouido HUB Center in major metropolitan areas nationwide, having conducted over 30,000 consultations cumulatively.
