Daejeon Urban Corporation announced that it will reflect price fluctuations in the public rental housing private participation project following the public sale housing.

To reflect price fluctuations, the corporation operated a working-level consultative body with the Dowoo Construction Co., Ltd. consortium for the ‘Guam Dagaon Youth Housing Supply Project’ and reached a final agreement on the 22nd after more than seven meetings.

The Dowoo Construction Co., Ltd. consortium consists of small and medium-sized construction companies in the Daejeon area, and the corporation plans to pay the increased construction costs due to price fluctuations by the end of this month.

In March, the corporation practiced win-win cooperation between the public and private sectors by reflecting price fluctuations in the nation’s first public sale housing private participation project and received a commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
