According to Gyeonggi Province, SOC investment amounts to 14 trillion KRW in the west, 34 trillion KRW in the east, and 44 trillion KRW in the north, totaling 92 trillion KRW. Additionally, 18 trillion KRW will be invested in development projects to enhance the effects of the grand development.

Gyeonggi Province has formed a consultative body with the province, cities and counties, and related organizations to build consensus on the SOC grand development. It is also promoting additional project discoveries such as the Han River Estuary maintenance plan, establishing a private development support center to encourage private investors’ participation in development projects, conducting a basic plan study for balanced development (self-conducted), and commissioning a research project (GH) to establish grand development promotion measures.

Lee Gye-sam, Director of the Urban Housing Office of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "Through this relay meeting, we will enhance the practicality and completeness of the SOC grand development plan, and increase the feasibility by linking not only the Gyeonggi Western and Eastern SOC grand development plan but also the Northern SOC grand development and the Gyeonggi-Chungnam Bay Valley win-win cooperation as a grand development plan to maximize synergy effects."
