"Man Arrested Wielding Weapon After Making Noise in Gosiwon Kitchen"

A man in his 60s who wielded a weapon against another man living in the same goshiwon was arrested by the police.

On the 22nd, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that they have arrested a man in his 60s, Mr. A, on suspicion of attempted murder and are currently investigating him.

Mr. A is accused of wielding a weapon against a man in his 60s, Mr. B, at a goshiwon in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, around midnight on the same day.

After the incident, Mr. A returned to his room but was arrested on the spot by the police who responded to the victim's report. It is known that Mr. A was already wanted for assault and other charges.

It is reported that Mr. A was intoxicated at the time of the crime.

The police plan to request an arrest warrant for Mr. A.

Meanwhile, Mr. B, who was injured in the abdomen by the weapon, was transported to a hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
