Yuanta Securities Conducts Overseas Training for Outstanding 'Investment Solicitors'

The Excellent Investment Solicitor Overseas Training is one of the reward programs designed to select investment solicitors who showed excellent results in various fields last year, provide them with overseas visit opportunities, and express gratitude for their hard work.

This overseas training, conducted over a 2-night, 3-day schedule, was attended by a total of 20 Yuanta Securities investment solicitors, including those with outstanding performance. They toured the Yonago and Tottori regions in Japan and shared sales know-how among investment solicitors.

Yuanta Securities is making efforts to attract and nurture new investment solicitors by implementing various programs to support their early settlement and to give preferential treatment to excellent investment solicitors.

For example, it provides educational content support activities such as the Master Academy training courses composed of various topics including financial products and taxation, as well as regular knowledge forums. It also operates various reward programs to increase satisfaction among affiliated investment solicitors, including promotions, overseas training, awards events, the Star Club, and the Sales Manager system.
