On the 17th (Korean time), major European stock markets opened sharply lower.
As of 4:50 PM on the same day, the UK FTSE index stood at 7834.19, down 0.54% compared to the previous trading day.
The French CAC index also fell 0.82% to 7957.53, and the German DAX recorded a 1.06% decline to 17,648.32.
