[Breaking] Public Corruption Investigation Office Declines Prosecution of Constitutional Court Justice Lee Young-jin over 'Golf Entertainment Allegations'

The High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Agency (Gong-su-cheo) has determined that there is no criminal charge against Constitutional Court Justice Lee Young-jin, who was suspected of receiving golf entertainment.
The Investigation Division 1 of Gong-su-cheo (Chief Prosecutor Kim Seon-gyu) on the 19th decided not to prosecute Justice Lee, who was reported for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes for receiving bribes and the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, citing 'no charges.'
