Raicon refers to entrepreneurial small business owners. It carries the meaning of a "unicorn company that creates new added value through innovation in Lifestyle and Local."

Raicon Town is a space established to support prospective small business owners to grow into entrepreneurial small business owners. Raicon Town Asan Branch was remodeled from a space provided free of charge by Asan City. It is highly regarded for the significance of central government and local governments joining forces to build a space for local small business owners.

Prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners can receive startup-related education here. Office space for work is also provided. It consists of shared offices, co-working spaces, shared kitchens, studios, and training rooms.

Park Seong-hyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, "Raicon Town Asan Branch will play a key role in fostering startups and entrepreneurial small business owners in the Chungnam region," adding, "Going forward, the Service will continue to discover and support promising small business owners to revitalize the local economy."
