Kyobo Securities announced on the 19th that it will carry out the 2nd quarter 'Dream-i Social Contribution Activities' to foster an eco-friendly corporate culture and engage with local communities centered on future generations.
This activity was planned to practice Kyobo Securities' ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management goal of "responsible actions that create positive changes for society, the environment, and the world."
Employees can voluntarily participate in various social contribution activities through the company intranet. The detailed schedule starts with the 'Blood Donation of Love' on the 22nd, followed by the Saetgang River protection activity 'Creating Biotopes,' 'Warm Meals' and 'Transplanting Young Willows' in May, and in June, Saetgang River protection activities including 'Invasive Species Management' and the 'Dream-i Home Caring' program.
Additionally, visits to designated welfare organizations such as Sangnok Orphanage, Daejeon Jahye Child Welfare Center, and Daegu Hodongwon will be conducted, along with various volunteer activities such as environmental beautification and bazaars, scaled appropriately.
Furthermore, team volunteer activities will be held where employees autonomously select volunteer organizations, plan themes, and participate.
A Kyobo Securities representative stated, "We will take the lead in ESG management through continuous activities to create a society living together with future generations."
