Enjoy Jin Bibimmyun anytime, anywhere with ease. Ottogi has released Jin Bibimmyun cup noodles. Like the bagged version, Jin Bibimmyun cup noodles can be prepared in two ways: cold bibimmyun or hot bibimmyun. For cold bibimmyun, pour boiling water up to the indicated line, wait 4 minutes, then drain the water and rinse with cold water before mixing with the liquid sauce. For hot bibimmyun, drain the water after 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then add the liquid sauce. Additionally, the Jin Bibimmyun cup noodles feature an Easy Lock function that allows the lid to be securely fixed without using the cover or chopsticks after pouring boiling water.
HiteJinro is launching the Japanese sake 'Igarashi Junmai Ginjo Jikagumi' for the first time. Igarashi Junmai Ginjo Jikagumi comes in a 720ml bottle with an alcohol content of 16%. 'Jikagumi' refers to a brewing method where the freshly made sake is bottled directly without additional processing. Notably, the carbonation felt during drinking enhances the flavor, making it pair well with lightly seasoned dishes such as sashimi. It is planned to be imported to Korea in a limited quantity of 340 boxes (12 bottles per box) per year and is only available at a very limited number of specialty stores in Japan as well.
Convenience store 7-Eleven has launched 'Seven Select Puhaha Choco Cream Bread' in collaboration with 'Puhaha Cream Bread', a dessert specialty store known in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul. The cream portion of Puhaha Choco Cream Bread contains 50% animal cream. Beneath the cream is ganache cream, which, when frozen, provides a chewy and dense texture that can be enjoyed like ice cream. The bread contains cocoa powder and has increased egg and fat content to enhance texture and flavor.
