This program was established to motivate out-of-school youth through leadership education and experiential learning, support career exploration and certification acquisition, and ultimately help youth smoothly enter society.

Hanseo University plans to support students participating in the drone pilot training course not only in obtaining certifications but also in forming healthy values through leadership special lectures. The program targets 100 out-of-school youth aged 14 to 24 within the province, operating a total of 10 cohorts with 10 participants per cohort.

Various trainings such as national qualification (4 types) education, leadership special lectures, pilot experience, drone manufacturing, drone coding, and flight will be conducted, and essential courses required for certification acquisition, as well as accommodation and transportation, will be supported.

Ham Jeong-hyun, Head of the Future Strategy Policy Division at Hanseo University, said, "The ultimate goal is to enable out-of-school youth to live independent lives. To this end, we will integrate programs such as leadership, drones, piloting, and maritime studies to motivate them to overcome psychological and emotional difficulties. At the same time, we will provide opportunities for them to experience career setting and vocational education in advance, helping them grow into responsible citizens."
