'Pet Family Travel Expo' Held in Incheon Songdo from 12th to 14th... "Promoting Travel with Companion Animals"

The '2024 Pet Family Travel Expo' to promote pet-friendly travel will be held from the 12th to the 14th at Songdo Convensia in Incheon.

Co-hosted by the Incheon Tourism Organization and MyTeamFairs, the expo features 35 companies related to pet-friendly travel destinations, accommodations, travel products, and services, including PetsGo and The Week & Resort, which allow entry with pets, showcasing products and technologies for traveling with pets.

Various programs designed to enhance interaction and understanding with pets will also be offered.

At the seminar 'My Pet Salon' for preparing pet-friendly travel, sessions on proper pet etiquette, pre-travel checklists, and preliminary training will be conducted. The 'My Pet Playzone' provides experiential opportunities to bond with pets through activities such as pet maze escape and pet psychology exploration games.

Prize giveaway events, including a stamp tour using 'Incheon eJi,' Incheon's official tourism app, will also take place.

Additionally, during the expo, the pet product exhibition 'My Pet Fair 2024 Songdo' will be held simultaneously, allowing visitors to see and experience products and services from 185 companies offering pet food, clothing, grooming, and training supplies all in one place.

An official from the Incheon Tourism Organization stated, "We hope the Pet Family Travel Expo will contribute to the activation of pet-friendly tourism," adding, "We aim to make this event a platform for creating a new travel culture with pets."
