Gangseo Nonghyup Delivers 500 Million KRW Interest-Free Advance Payment to Geoje Yeoncho Nonghyup for Urban-Rural Win-Win Cooperation

Officials attending the 'Interest-Free Advance Payment Ceremony' held on the 11th between Gangseo Nonghyup and Geoje Yeoncho Nonghyup for the practice of urban-rural mutual growth are taking a commemorative photo.

Seoul Gangseo Nonghyup has provided a 500 million KRW interest-free advance payment to Geoje Yeoncho Nonghyup.

Gangseo Nonghyup announced that it held a ceremony on the 11th to deliver the interest-free advance payment as part of practicing urban-rural mutual growth.

At this ceremony, Gangseo Nonghyup delivered a 500 million KRW interest-free advance payment to Geoje Yeoncho Nonghyup as part of practicing urban-rural mutual growth. Including this, it has supported a total of 11 billion KRW in interest-free advance payments to 22 regional Nonghyups to date.

Jang Soon-seok, chairman of Gangseo Nonghyup, said, "As it is a difficult time both domestically and internationally, cooperation, which is the fundamental spirit of cooperatives, is needed, and we will do our best to achieve mutual growth through cooperation between urban and rural areas."

Meanwhile, Gangseo Nonghyup is developing various mutual growth projects to promote agricultural and rural development and improve the status and quality of life of farmers. Since 2016, it has also been conducting social contribution activities by donating rice annually to help neighbors in need and foster coexistence with the local community.
