The Korea Creative Content Agency will expand the buyer composition not only to content licensees but also to related industry licensees crossing genres and industries such as food, beauty, and consumer goods. The focus is on creating effective business opportunities. To encourage active exchanges, all booths will be provided free of charge. This aims to alleviate the economic burden on content companies and accelerate the growth of the K-content industry.

An official stated, "Previously, participation fees ranged from 700,000 to 2,000,000 KRW per booth, but this time even small companies with high potential can participate without financial burden." The target participants are companies and institutions involved in content IP business such as character, animation, games, webtoons, fashion, and music.

The agency will also make the admission fee free for visitors. The event will be created as a content IP festival enjoyed by people of all ages and genders to broaden the public's opportunity to enjoy culture. Deputy Director Yoo Hyun-seok said, "With the transition to free admission, we expect IP business to become more active and more people to enjoy the festival."
