"Gather Every Monday"... Busan Haeundae Office of Education Operates 'EX-Change Day'

Busan Haeundae Office of Education (Superintendent Won Mi-kyung) announced on the 12th that it will operate 'EX?Change (體仁智) day to Awaken the Week' every Monday during lunchtime at the Sports Education Center within the support office for all staff until the end of October.
This event is promoted to provide time for communication and empathy among employees through physical activities and to foster a clean organizational culture.
'EX?Change day' is operated by allowing participants to freely join clubs organized by sport categories, choosing preferred sports such as badminton and table tennis.
A representative of the Haeundae Office of Education stated that physical activities are expected to not only improve employees' physical fitness but also have a great effect on free communication without barriers between departments.
Superintendent Won Mi-kyung of Haeundae Office of Education said, "Voluntary physical activities will greatly help relieve employees' work stress," adding, "I hope EX?Change day will serve as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between departments and create a flexible and friendly workplace atmosphere."
