Jungjingong Hosts 'National Shorts Video Contest'

The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 12th that it will hold a 'National Shorts Video Contest' utilizing short-form content.

This contest was promoted to raise awareness of the Corporation and its support policies and to enhance the effectiveness of policy utilization by sharing various thoughts and experiences about the Corporation and its support projects through public interest and participation.

The contest theme can be freely chosen as content that promotes the Corporation and its support projects, including ▲stories containing experiences with the Corporation ▲the benefits and advantages of the Corporation's support projects as perceived by the participant ▲the reason for the Corporation's existence, among others.

The contest format allows submissions of vertical videos between 15 and 60 seconds in length, without genre restrictions such as self-filmed videos, animations, or music videos. Anyone interested can participate, and applications can be made individually or as a team.

The selection process proceeds in two stages: the first round is evaluated by external experts, and the second round is a comprehensive evaluation. A total of eight entries will be selected in the first round and posted on the Corporation's YouTube channel, ‘JungjinGongTV’.

The final ranking of the eight posted videos will be determined through a second evaluation, which includes a public preference survey based on video views and a judging committee review. The Corporation plans to award a total of 3 million KRW in prizes.

Lee Changseop, Director of Planning and Management at the Corporation, stated, “This contest was planned as a channel for two-way communication with the public, aiming to discover diverse promotional content reflecting fresh ideas from the people.”
