The law firm Dae-ryun (Limited) has signed a business agreement for legal consultation with the Korea Defense Industry Association.

The signing ceremony held on the 11th at the Korea Defense Industry Association was attended by Dae-ryun Law Firm CEO Kim Guk-il, Head of the Defense Military Group Kim Young-su, Korea Defense Industry Association Executive Vice President Lee Jeong-geun, Head of the Industry Headquarters Kang Jae-gu, and other officials.

The Korea Defense Industry Association is a non-profit corporation under the Ministry of National Defense, established to promote the development of the defense industry by improving the quality of defense supplies and supporting the efficiency of defense management.

Through this agreement made to foster the defense industry, both organizations will mutually cooperate on ▲ sharing various issues related to the defense industry ▲ reviewing contracts related to military supply, weapons, and equipment ▲ responding to national defense security disputes ▲ legal review related to national defense confidentiality and security ▲ prevention and countermeasures for major accidents that may occur during work processes ▲ promoting seminars, education, and other joint projects.

Lee Jeong-geun, Executive Vice President of the Korea Defense Industry Association, stated, "We will ultimately promote the development of the defense sector by improving the quality of defense companies," and expressed expectations, saying, "The agreement with Dae-ryun Defense Military Group will be a great help in responding to contract reviews and legal issues related to the defense industry."

Dae-ryun CEO Kim Guk-il said, "The Dae-ryun Defense Military Group forms a military case specialist team that assists in consultation for case response and prevention," adding, "Under the leadership of attorney Kim Young-su, former head of the military legal department and military court, we will spare no effort to support systematic legal consultation."

He continued, "We will do our utmost to ensure that this agreement positively influences the strengthening of the competitiveness of the Korean defense industry."
