BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) signed a business agreement with the Busan Senior Welfare Center Association at its headquarters on the 11th to support financial education projects for the elderly in the region.

Busan Bank will visit senior welfare centers affiliated with the Busan Senior Welfare Center Association to conduct financial fraud prevention education, covering the latest cases of financial fraud and safe financial transaction methods.
Park Du-hee, Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO) of Busan Bank, said, “As financial fraud becomes increasingly sophisticated, the damage to the elderly is growing uncontrollably. Busan Bank will continue to do its best to ensure that everyone can use convenient and safe financial services.”
Busan Bank operates various educational programs such as ▲financial education for vulnerable groups ▲BIFC financial lectures ▲operation of a financial history museum ▲metaverse financial education. In recognition of these efforts, it has received the ‘Education Mecenat Top’ award for 16 consecutive years in the field of educational donation projects and has been selected as an ‘Educational Donation Career Experience Certified Institution’ by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
