In a statement on the 11th, the KHMU evaluated, "The results of the 22nd general election are a judgment against regressive reforms and politics that neglect the people's livelihood."

The union stated, "The results of this general election are a stern command from the people to change the government's national administration policy. Promptly resolving the doctors' refusal to provide medical treatment and saving the lives of the people is the foremost livelihood issue, and medical reform to revive essential medical care, regional medical services, and public healthcare, and to correct the distorted medical system is the foremost reform task."

Furthermore, "As soon as the general election ended, the government must first enter the public to resolve the doctors' refusal to provide medical treatment, which is escalating to the worst situation," and proposed that the government directly meet with patients and their families, health and medical workers, and medical associations.

The union also demanded ▲ resolution of the doctors' refusal to provide medical treatment ▲ prompt normalization of medical services ▲ formation of a social dialogue body involving civic groups ▲ commencement of medical reform discussions ▲ government visits to medical sites ▲ establishment of a special committee on medical reform.
