Nongshim Selects Actor Im Siwan as New Advertising Model for Baeksansu

Nongshim announced on the 11th that actor Im Si-wan has been selected as the model for Baeksansu and a new advertisement will be unveiled.

A Nongshim official stated, “Actor Im Si-wan’s healthy and vibrant image matches well with the dynamic nature of Baeksansu, the Baekdusan spring water that naturally gushes forth,” and added, “As an actor who is widely loved across various generations, we expect a synergistic effect with Baeksansu’s positive image.”

With this advertisement, Nongshim plans to convey to consumers the unique features of Baeksansu, the only Baekdusan spring water in Korea that flows through a 45 km volcanic bedrock layer. The main copy, “Everything alive never stops for a moment, Baeksansu is alive,” highlights Baeksansu accompanying energetic moments in everyday life. In particular, the ad will emphasize Baeksansu’s dynamic image through scenes of Im Si-wan, known for enjoying marathons, running vigorously.

The Baeksansu advertisement featuring actor Im Si-wan is scheduled to air starting from the 12th.
