Democratic Party's Eo Gi-gu Wins Third Term... "Will Develop as the No.1 City on the West Coast"

Democratic Party candidate Eo Gi-gu succeeded in winning a third term in Dangjin, Chungnam.

According to the Central Election Commission on the 11th, candidate Eo secured 46,157 votes, confirming his victory by a margin of 3,174 votes over People Power Party candidate Jeong Yong-seon.

Eo, the elected candidate, said, "There was a strong voice to judge the Yoon Seok-yeol administration in this general election, and it was the stern judgment of the citizens of Dangjin. I will do my best to revive the collapsed livelihood economy."

He added, "With the power of a three-term senior lawmaker, I will surely develop Dangjin into the No. 1 city on the West Coast and a self-sufficient city of 300,000."
